Harsha is a dynamic industry veteran with over 25 years of expertise in IT outsourcing, offshoring, and spearheading business process consulting and execution for a range of Fortune 1000 corporations worldwide.

Throughout his career, Harsha has demonstrated a remarkable ability to harness emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to develop high-impact solutions that address complex operational and data challenges across the BFSI vertical. He was an early starter in the evolution of the Indian BPO/KPO services and he led large businesses in WNS, and HCL, and went on to lead Datamatics as CEO, before beginning his own entrepreneurial journey.

His impact on the industry has been transformative, driving innovation and delivering significant contributions to their strategic growth. Harsha joins the team as a co-founder and will lead the Digital and Data practice of the firm.
