Role Overview:

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage GenAI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategy.
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to support GenAI projects.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports.
  • Present project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Min 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Generative AI and related technologies.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
