Role Overview:

  • Oversee the deployment of data aggregation solutions for our clients.
  • Lead a team of Data Ops Analyst that is responsible for managing the implementation lifecycle, ensuring that data is collected, processed, and integrated seamlessly across various systems.  
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in data aggregation tools, project management skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Transformation :
    • Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. 
    • Ensure that data transmitted across systems is accurate, complete, and consistent. Perform data validation checks and troubleshoot discrepancies in data flows. 
    • Manage and support data integration APIs and other data exchange methods (e.g., file transfer protocols, ETL processes). Ensure that connections are secure, functional, and efficient.

  2. Project Management :
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of data aggregation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. 
    • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. 
    • Identify risks and challenges and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. 
  3. Client Engagement :
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. 
    • Gather and analyse client requirements to design tailored data aggregation solutions. 
    • Provide regular project updates, manage client expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process. 
  4. Technical Oversight:
    • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design and deploy data aggregation workflows and pipelines. 
    • Ensure proper integration of data sources, APIs, and third-party systems to support business needs. 
    • Monitor the quality, accuracy, and consistency of aggregated data throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA testers, to deliver projects successfully. 
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise. 
    • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment within the implementation team. 
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve data aggregation processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability. 
    • Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the functionality and features of data aggregation tools. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge implementations. 
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides. 
    • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify improvement areas. 
    • Maintain accurate records of client requirements and system configurations for future reference. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field. 
  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in data aggregation, data integration, or related roles, including project management. 
  • Technical Skills
    • Understanding of data aggregation tools, APIs, ETL workflows, and data processing pipelines. 
    • Hands-on experience of handling 3rd party data feeds and configuring data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, Fixed Width). 
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana). 
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
    • Familiarity with database management or SQL is a plus.
